The Leadership Day is for church leaders, children/youth, and senior ministry leaders—and everyone in between! The day is designed for all who have leadership responsibilities in the church, as well as those who may consider stepping into leadership in the future

SENT OUT

“As the Father has sent Me, I am sending you.” (John 20:21)

• How can we share our faith naturally in everyday life—at school, at work, and in our neighborhoods?
• How can we, as leaders, equip people to live as witnesses where life happens?

At Sent Out– Leadership Days 2026, we will gather in five regions across Norway for inspiration, teaching, and fellowship.

Through biblical reflection, seminars, and conversations, we will be equipped to:

• live out our faith in everyday life
• help children and youth become confident in their faith and share it with friends
• see ministry beyond the church building—right in the midst of daily life

We want to get to know one another, share experiences, and challenge each other.
Together, we are Sent.

Speakers

Roald Zeiffert – Research Director and Associate Professor at the School of Leadership and Theology. His research focuses extensively on youth and faith.

Karl Johan Kjøde – Director of Alpha Norway and former General Secretary of NKSS (Laget).

Tran Linn Quyen & Hau Doan – Married couple and leaders of the Vietnamese Baptist Church in Oslo. Both have extensive experience in children’s, youth, and family ministry.

Marcus Østby – Teacher and pastor at Tistedal Baptist Church.

Tim Kim Solwoong – Works with Ung Baptist and Baptist Churches in Norway and serves as pastor at Crosspoint.

Håkon Vikse – Teacher at Kristelig Gymnasium (KG) and pastor in the church plant Misjonskirken Grünerløkka.
